Mop pads

My vacuum robot mop pads lose the glue on the base and now always whenever I set the vacuum to clean it does not stick on it and the floor is wet, I ordered a new pair of mop pads and they came without the glue, Does someone has the same problem?

The adhesion is on the mop pad holder.
