Hi,
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Please remove the roller brush and its cover, then observe whether the noise disappears.
2.If the noise persists after the step, the device requires repair.
3.If the issue remains unresolved and you are a user in North America, you can contact support.na@dreame.tech for support.
Also, kindly provide a video of the problem to help with diagnosis.

Hello Dreame Support,

I’m contacting you regarding my Dreame L10s Ultra, which was previously sent to Dreame for repair/overhaul. The unit has generally worked well since it was returned, but the auto-empty system has not been functioning properly since the repair.

I have now spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue and have narrowed it down substantially.

The robot itself vacuums normally, returns to the base, charges normally, and the base washes and dries the mop pads correctly. The firmware is current, Do Not Disturb is disabled, and I have located and manually activated the Auto-Empty function in the Dreamehome app.

When I manually activate Auto-Empty, the base vacuum motor starts and runs extremely loudly at what sounds like full speed, but there is essentially no usable suction through the dust-collection path and no debris is transferred from the robot’s dustbin into the disposable bag.

I have already:

* Completely cleaned the robot’s dustbin and removed accumulated pet hair.
* Verified that the dustbin emptying flap moves freely.
* Checked the disposable dust bag and confirmed that it is clean and properly installed.
* Inspected the dust inlet at the base station.
* Physically checked the dust-collection passage for an obstruction and found none.
* Verified that the passage from the lower collection port toward the bag is clear.
* Run the manual Auto-Empty cycle multiple times.
* Checked the seals and docking alignment.
* Tried pressing the robot firmly into the dock during an emptying cycle to rule out a poor docking seal.

The motor clearly runs, but the suction is not reaching the dust-collection inlet with enough force to move any debris into the bag.

Because this problem began after the unit was serviced by Dreame, I am concerned that there may be an internal air-path problem in the base station, such as a disconnected/loose internal duct or hose, failed seal, or another issue with the auto-empty assembly.

I previously went through the process of packaging and shipping the unit for service, which was quite cumbersome. Before asking me to ship the entire system back again, could you please escalate this to a technician and determine whether there is an on-site troubleshooting procedure, replacement base/auto-empty component, or another solution that can be provided without requiring another complete return?

I can provide photos/video demonstrating the motor running and the lack of suction if that would help with diagnosis.

Since the auto-empty function worked before the previous service and the problem appeared afterward, I would appreciate Dreame’s help getting this resolved under the previous repair/service coverage.
