Not docking

Tried to delete the product from the app, remapped the house and it still would not dock.

Then return it

Mine had a problem docking. I did a factory reset by pushing a tiny button under the top cover. It seems to be working but I had to set it all up again.

Try cleaning all the sensors with microfiber towel

Dock looks off.

My L10 id having same issues docking. Had it about 1 year and this just started. About to wipe her memory clean and try to remap
