Sewage line is clogged

The drain line is clogged. I've tried using compressed air and a thin wire and I can't get it to go all the way through from bottom to top. How do you unclog the internal sewage line

It's solved. Somehow a bone chip got sucked up in and then dirt and muck got clogged around the bone chip.. The solution is to take off the back. Remove the clear tubing, clean it out and put it back
