Not Charging

We have the x50 Ultra for three months now. It does an amazing job cleaning our place. Today it stopped charging - we cleaned all the sensor, the parts and baseboard. Still it says Awaiting in the app. We also tried to Start Recharging and Sent it to dock from 3ft. The robot navigates to the dock and doesn’t charge. What is the issue here?

Just purchased X50 Ultra last week. New home, no furniture, only laminate flooring, 1 - 9 x 12 flat washable rug. Programmed to run at 10:00 pm. Noticed in feedback that vacuum starts losing power after 1 hour. Is this normal? The first time we used it, it had 75% battery power but died trying to go back to base. Next time we had charged it all day; it ran at 10 pm, but started losing power at 11:09 pm. Same on subsequent runs. A lot of money for it to be dying after an hour. Again is this normal?

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps:

1.Check whether the base station is powered on normally and the indicator light is on.
2.Ensure the adapter is properly connected and not loose or damaged.
3.Wipe the charging contacts on both the base station and the robot, then place the robot back on the dock and charge for 2–3 hours.
4.Make sure the robot is correctly positioned on the charging base (not misaligned or upside down).

Can you rename your rooms?  Our map is showing 3 living rooms.

On the home screen, tap GO, the tap the settings icon at the upper right, then tap Schedule and program in what you want to do (mop, mop and vac, vac only, mop after vac) and when.  I only use vac or mop after vac. Vac and mop uses dry mop pads, which just spins the dust in circles .  

How do you schedule the robot to clean?

In the Battery settings try taking it off of Off Hours charging.
