How do I get my Z1XZ Pro to move without using the remote?

Hello, just got a new L50 AE, are these noises normal during the cleaning/washing the mops? Or should I check something?

Out L40 returned to dock after a successful cleaning but did not resume charging. When shifting the unit to manually position the unit for charging, the 3 lights will flash on then off eight times and then turn off. The base station light stays on. I’ve cleaned the contacts, tried resetting (not enough power on the unit to re-add), just the same eight flashes and nothing. What else can I do??

How do u clean main wheels.  Can I remove them to clean?  Nothing visible....  error message. I was able to clean small round wheel.
