How can I tell how much cleaning solution I have in my Dreams 14pro?

So many errors with this robot. The first bit we had it I thought it was great and bought another for the basement. Regrets! Oh the regrets. Now it won’t find its place, doesn’t suck up anything and doesn’t mop worth a lick. For the price I’m so disappointed and will not buy another from this brand.

Why does my robot clean the mop pads before it cleans the floors

I’m a deaf person and I love my dream L40 ultra. However, every day at around 4:00 PM she will suddenly just start talking, for no apparent reason. No one has scheduled any cleaning, the app isn’t open, no one has messed with her little opening in the living room. She just randomly starts talking away.  I’m dying to know what she is talking about. So I keep trying to catch her in time to record what it is that she is saying, so far she seems to get very quiet when I come within her range of view… this is very strange isn’t it,
What can I do?
Well if your Dreame starts talking tomorrow and you can understand what she is saying, could you please tell me what she said?  I would be very grateful

I think I’m allergic to the floor washing product. Can I use my own somehow or do I have other choices?

I have the Robot vacuum D20 model and have had it for about 4 or 5 months now. When I ordered parts for it and change them out it became very loud. Do you know what the cause of this could be?
