[X50 Ultra] Not cleaning

Vacuum is not picking up debris that should be very easy to pickup.  Highly disappointed.  If product doesn't improve will likely return

Hi all

Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. First, please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process. If there is wind blowing out, it means that the fan is working properly. It is recommended to clean the dust box and filter to ensure smooth suction of the device. It is recommended to increase the suction power and perform multiple cleanings to improve the cleaning effect.

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during the vacuuming process and the sound of the fan working is not heard, this may indicate that the fan is abnormal. Please contact after-sales service as soon as possible for repair and inspection.

Mine was having problems picking up and then we cleaned out all the suction area and it worked a lot better! I have two dogs and a cat, and there was a lot of hair stuck in it!

Could be because you are wearing crocs.

Please try this :

1. Wipe the edge sensor on the right side of the robot with a soft, dry cloth.
2.  Ensure the edge sensor is not blocked by any obstacles or objects.
3. Check that the robot can properly clean the edges.
4. You can check the cleaning route in the APP to see if there is anything missed, or check the suction setting of the machine.
5. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact support.na@dreame.tech again.

Post a screenshot from the app after it ran showing the cleanup route. Did you use clean genius or a manual run? What are your vacuum settings set as?
