Washboard

I keep getting a notification about washboard abnormal water level and each time I follow the instructions and video posted I check the dirty water tank and you can see it draining well. And the washboard does drain. But when the reboot returns to clean washboard is full again after performing extensive diagnosis as per the troubleshooting help area the troubleshoot area said to increase dirty water suction power and now I can’t find how to increase dirty water suction. I’m getting frustrated.

Hi, I had the same issue and had to return it and they sent me a new one. There is supposed to be to be a valve stopping the water once the robot refills itself. Mine was not working appropriately so it woudl empty the whole tank if the robot was in the dock because it presses it to refill.  Hope it helps
