Worked Perfectly… Until the Update Ruined Everything

I’m extremely disappointed with this product after the most recent update. Before, my unit worked flawlessly and followed my custom cleaning settings exactly. Now, it completely ignores the order I’ve set and behaves unpredictably.
It will spend several minutes going over a tiny area—like right in front of a door—while neglecting the rest of the space. On top of that, it no longer cleans thoroughly and frequently leaves debris behind.
I stay on top of all recommended maintenance, so that’s not the issue. The performance has noticeably declined since the update, and nothing I’ve tried has fixed it.
Overall, this product used to be reliable, but now it’s frustrating and ineffective. I would not recommend it in its current state.

I agree, it changed my carpet settings and won’t navigate around furniture as well as it did before the update.

Mine is acting weird after the update also.

Doesn’t vacuum on turbo anymore and can’t find the mop setting

Yes the same it went over same spots while neglecting the rest of the room

Did anyone find a solution to the above. We sent ours back to the company, they won’t tell us what they did but so far it seems to be working but the jury is still out. It appears to be doubling up on The mopping. They had a great product, we own three and they managed to kill it with the new software and refuse to be transparent about the fix.

Any update? It is so frustrating! The robot is not cleaning how it did before.

I deleted my map and remapped. Works fine now.
