[L10s Ultra] Not auto-emptying at dock station

The robot isn’t emptying inside the bin at the charging station. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Make sure there is nothing clogging the opening on robot and remove bag and check that nothing is clogged in the opening where the bag connects. Also behind the bag is a circle with a screen it isn't removable but I just clean mine with a tooth brush

Mine is doing the same thing and I’ve only had it a month . Customer service has been no help. And it returns to base and says “cleaning complete” after 5 min.

I am having the same issue ever since I sent the Dreame back to be repaired because it wasn’t finding the base. Overall I love the product and it cleans well, but now the filter is covered in cat fur and dirt because something is wrong with the dust bin or emptying mechanisms. And I’d be happy to buy a new dust bin instead of sending the whole thing back… again.

I purchased the X60 Max Ultra and since last week, it is also not suctioning into the dust bin and the bag. Our dog hairs are getting tangled between the rollers and I have to manually remove them. I use it daily, especially at night on the mop after vacuum and do maintenance every day or every other day making sure all is clean and there are no clogs. This is not the first vacuum/mop that I have owned but the first to have this issue. It seems I am not the only one to have this issue and it’s less than 30 days in use. Has Dreame given any direct information to solve this problem??
