The current region doesnt Match the model

The app was working normal since I bougth my L40 ultra gen 2. Then when I was changing the cleaning settings this message appear and don't let me access to the settings of the robot anymore. I already try to unistall the Dreamehome app and the same pop-up appears.
I live in mexico, I purchased the robot on Amazon.

Hi, I cleaned the whole house and all went great. Now I am trying to vacuum one room and it doesn’t go there it just vacuums in front of the base Any suggestions thanks

This also happened to me. It's ridiculous that high end vacuums are blocked this way. I now have a very big brick on my living room.

Same problem. Bought it on Amazon Mexico and imported from the US. Worked only once and then that message appeared: "The current region doesnt Match the model"
I have tried changing the region to the US, Germany, China, nothing works.

Absurdo que solo se pueda usar en ciertas regiones, según vi puede usarse un VPN o jn DNS para cambiar la region, no se si vale la pena, el soporte de dreame en México solo recomienda devolverlo, mandaré correo soporte de estados unidos haber si pueden sobrepasar esta restricción tan estúpida
