Yes, I have the L60 ultra PE also. I want to know why it makes a clicking noise when it’s running. It seems to be related to the brushes, but there’s nothing caught in the brushes. Last edited by vacuum mama on 2026-6-23 16:00

X60 Ultra App needs an option to delete a room mapped in error. Look at room 22 in the pic. This was created by the app from an error in mapping the master bedroom - some sort of tunnel mapping. I had to separate this into a separate zone and then hide it.

I have an X 60 max ultra and I keep getting a message to add detergent to tank A, but when I check, tank A is full. Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

I just purchased X60 Max ultra complete and on the second time to use it, robot is leaving water drops everywhere. I googled and used chatgpt , it says it might have some weak internal water pump connections.. should I return it? Also when I set it to vacuum only (no mop), it doesn’t drip water.

My X60 Max Ultra has not been emptying into the dust bag so I changed the filter, now it just doesn’t pick up anything after the first few minutes of running as the filter gets clogged. I am so frustrated and just don’t use it anymore- any suggestions would be highly appreciated.I have cleaned and checked everything on the device and dock.Thank you!
