Just unpacked and set up my new Dreame AP10 Pet Air Purifier and it was simple to get set up and started.

This vacuum is absolutely worth the money and does a fantastic job vacuuming and mopping. My floors have never looked better.
The app has so many customizable options, and the features are incredible. It even uses a light in dark areas and takes pictures of pets or objects in its path.
One of the most impressive things is how it handles my laundry room, which has a small drop. I’ve always had to keep it closed, but this vacuum is able to go in and out on its own without getting stuck.
Overall, it performs amazingly well and has exceeded my expectations. With two large dogs that shed badly, my floors have never been any cleaner. Highly recommend!

I’m so incredibly frustrated and disappointed! I purchased a dream D20 Air Plus back in May. I absolutely loved it until it stopped doing what it was supposed to do. It wasn’t picking up as well and several times the battery died on its way back to the charging dock. I contacted Support and they were not very helpful. They sent me instructions that were not even related to my issue. My window was closing to return it to Amazon for a refund so I just boxed it up and sent it back. Prime day came along, and I decided to give Dreame another chance with a different model. I thought I was moving up in quality when I purchased the D20 Plus, a more expensive model, but on sale for prime day and highly recommended in reviews. I ran it for the first time yesterday and came home to a very disappointing site- there were still dirt on my area carpets in two rooms and they hardly looked vacuumed. I just got home and decided to give it another try so I set the zone to only clean the large area rug in my living room. You can see the results in the pictures. Absolutely awful. It actually left dirt behind! At least the first one I owned did a great job until it didn’t. I think I’m done with Dreame, and possibly even robot vacuums. Not worth the money.

I’ve been really happy with my Dreame robot vacuum. It has made cleaning so much easier and saves me a lot of time. The suction is powerful and does a great job picking up dust, dirt, and debris from both carpet and hard floors. I also love the mopping feature because it keeps my floors looking fresh every day. The smart mapping and obstacle avoidance are impressive, and the app is easy to use. Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and has been a huge help in my home.
