Missing features in app.

I canmot for the life of me find the sentry mode settings in the Dreame App.

Similarly, live camera view doesn’t work. The loading wheel flashes for a second and then nothing.

Anyone else notice this in the app?  Dreame's response is to ship me a new mower.

I've also found that the 3D map doesn't work. It downloads then just spins and nothing happens.

Patrol mode is accessible by clicking the camera button, then the patrol button.

My camera button does nothing. It spinds for a a second and disappears.

After the spinning stops after pressing the camera button, do you see a message stating that the WiFi signal is too weak? Try pressing the camera button while the mower is docked. Then you should see the patrol button. Live view is hit & miss. Sometimes won’t work on full strength WiFi signal and other times it works with full strength & one bar strength. I attribute this to buggy software as it makes no sense and is not consistent. If Dreame wants to replace your current mower, perhaps you should. My first one didn’t work hardly at all, but the replacement is fine.

Wow, sounds like the same experience I am having! I don't have live view, no 3d map, and no garden guardian. I got this thing less than a week ago and I am disappointed with the way the app functions so far. Dreame Tech says they are working on it but I haven't received a solution thus far.

They're out of stock, so now they can't replace it. I got a follow up email saying they're working on update to the app or firmware. Glad to hear someone else is having the same camera issue as me. I also don't have 3d map views. Gives me some optimism that they'll fix it quickly. After the spinning wheel, nothing happens and it goes back to device screen. No messages or errors of any type. Tried on and off dock. Full wifi signal and on Bluetooth connection. Ive tried clearing cache,l and storage, reinstalling the app, enable every permission (temporarily). Only thing I haven't tried is using another device, like an iphone. I may try that next, if it works I'll report back.

Until you finish mapping your yard, there probably won’t be a 3D map to view. I tried to access my 3D view and only get the spinning circle. The app has a lot of bugs in it. IMHO, the 3D map is a gimmick. You don’t need to see it in order for the mower to work. It is neat to look at once though. I have plugin version 2.6.4 (settings- robot info) and firmware version 4.3.6_0418 ( setting’s firmware update). Hopefully Dreame will fix this software soon. I’m using a A3 AWD 2000 model.
