Not showing in app

This morning my app and Vacuum are totally disconnected. The app has lost everything. When I go to reconnect it will go through all the steps to connect to the network and say it all done, but then takes me back to the add new device screen without having my vacuum listed at all. Please help.

Same here for my X40 Ultra

Someone told that If you need to access the robot, you can go to one of your notifications, click it and it’ll bring you to your robot commands.  It worked!

Same here, it keeps asking me to add the device so I tried and it doesn’t add the vacuum. And all the notifications are gone as well

Mine is not showing up in the app either

This morning I have a scheduled cleaning. It started but the screen is totally different and can’t stop the program.
It wants me to scan the QR code and start all over.

I have the same problem, but I was able to connect to the device by the earlier reply go to notifications and you can pull up your device controls. Definitely an app problem.
