App notification stays on and no notifications in the app

The app has a notification banner even though there are zero messages in the app. Also, messages in the app don’t show up.

That happens to me too I would love an answer to this.

Same here. It started after I had to re login. Then it said it was downloading a plugin. That’s when all the messages went away. Maybe they can fix this ?

I had the same issue on 11/18, then later in the day(around 9 pm EDT), all the messages popped in. Now this morning, I have the message notification dot again, but no messages. Possibly it has something to do with internal time settings? Just a thought. It has been working fine for months and now this. I am glad I’m not the only one, but it still needs fixed and it is definitely an app issue; NOT, a user issue.
