Does not work

Mapped the house out of the box in first run. now the robot won't come off the dock without reversing and saying it's wheels are off the ground. the wheels are on a flat surface and all the sensors are clean and we've done several factory resets and it does the same thing every time. It will do this even when it's not started from the dock.

Can you share a picture of the underside of the robot?

I checked and I have the latest version of firmware and there's nothing in the wheels and I tried to remap the house just now and it did the same thing.

Just tried it on carpet same issue.

There's no exchange on these so we are returning it and not getting another one as this has been too much of a hassle for our first robot vacuum.
