It will not empty the dust bin

I’m a new user. Set up my new Dreams wet/dry robot vacuum a few months ago. It worked fine the first time. Every time I try to use it I get the message it’s charging even thought it’s been plugged in for a full month without any use. I will no longer travel away from the home station. I’ve changed water. I’m using detergent that came with it. What am I doing wrong ?

My vacuum is not auto empty into bag.  Canister gets full and then it stops working.  

My Dreame self cleaning machine is not emptying. I have moved  the opening to the bag up and down.   The opening is open to the bag but nothing is going into the bag!    Help please

Hi I am looking how to change dock position from one room to another room

Same with me. This is day one for me as well and it will not successfully dock or charge. Internet advice says update firmware but I can’t bc the battery is only at 4% and it will not dock. Very frustrated.

How do I get Dream to use detergent? I’ve had for a couple months and it’s doesn’t seem to be using any.
