I’m experiencing a major issue after the latest firmware update. My robot was working perfectly until then, but now the app has blocked me from using it entirely. It appears Dreame is deactivating products based solely on the user's country rather than any technical limitation. This feels like a discriminatory practice against international customers who have already paid for their devices.

Hola. Tiene un bloqueo regional, te recomiendo que escribas a Support.na@dreame.tech y que envíes factura, número serial y foto del error que te da el app. Luego de 3 semanas y mucha presión finalmente me desbloquearon el aparato. Yo lo compré en USA y lo utilizo en Costa Rica
