Just unboxed, setup, mapped and cleaned. Set on second task to kitchen for extra deep mopping. She is resting now.Loving it! So quiet. It’s L10s Ultra Gen 2. Not the latest but got a great price.

We have 4 cats!

I have only had it a few days and it refuses to pick up hair on the carpet ....it mops great but vacuuming dog hair is awful

On thick carpets, suction can be less effective because the carpet fibers create more resistance and gaps. Also, hair tends to stick to the carpet rather than being pulled into the dust bin.
