Hello I'm trying to purchase the d30 ultra pro single solution compartment. I can't seem to find it on your website

My Dreame is only about two months old. It has stopped cleaning a certain area which has no obstacles. How do I reboot it?

The little Spinny sweeper has stopped spinning. I have replaced the spinner and it still isn’t working. I have only had this vacuum for one week!

Don’t buy it they’re not gonna give you support when you need it. You buy it in less than a year. It’s gonna break and they’re gonna tell you they’re not gonna replace it or give you a refund when it’s clearly the manufacturer issue that you’re  having Your support is very unacceptable for a machine to break less than eight months because of a manufacturing issue and I’m being told that they’re not able to do anything is ridiculous when you’re spending thousands of dollars on a machine

I have a question about the waste water outlet.  Other than taking out the rollers, do I need to do anything else to access this area? Do I need unscrew anything?

I don't understand how to tell my vacuum to just mop tiled areas.

I got an a3 awd mower and regardless of how close it is to the house it says the wifi signal is not strong enough for video. I use a mesh network and have points on the windows.

Hello, my Dreame L40s Ultra is making an unusual noise and is not starting the cleaning cycle. When the robot docks with the base, it clicks into place, but the wheels continue spinning very fast, causing a loud noise. The robot seems to have difficulty recognizing that it is properly docked. There is no error message in the app. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

My D20 Pro Plus is only 3 weeks old and randomly pauses during the scheduled clean.  I have to unpause/restart it to complete the scheduled clean.  It always has plenty of charge left when it randomly pauses during/sleeps.
