Docking and mop pad issue

In the beginning mine was having that problem so I changed where I put the whole thing & that solved the problem

I just got a new L40 ultra and she keeps getting lost trying to dock. I was super excited for this purchase and after today's experience I am very very very disappointed. How the heck do I get her to dock and work properly??? So frustrated

Exactly same thing here. It was working fine first but for last 3 weeks it is useless. Created bogus map, can’t do full cleaning, can’t return to base. Position on map does not match real position. Looks like bad firmware update which screwed up mapping and positioning. Restoring robot to factory setting and reinstalling the app did not fix this issue. Very enjoying. Especially that my older version 20 always worked fine and this new version 50 worked fine for a month and then it got broken. Please provide FW with the fix or roll back to previous version of firmware which worked fine.

Just received our replacement (refurbished) unit and it does NOT work like our prior unit. It won’t undock and docking is 3 tries “automatic docking” and it fails. … not good

The robot is stuck on the dock?!?
