When the robot is doing both vacuuming and mopping with fine‑detail cleaning, it naturally takes a little more time to complete. We know it can feel like a long wait — but the result is a much deeper and more thorough clean.

We're sorry to hear about the issue with the side brush. Let's work together to resolve this by following the steps below: 1. Check for jams:Please check if the robot is stuck under furniture or if the side brush is obstructed. If stuck, gently move the robot to an open area and ensure the side brush can rotate freely. 2. Clean the side brush: If the robot isn't stuck, please inspect the side brush for any tangled hair or debris that might affect its rotation. Remove the side brush and carefully clean all hair, dust, and foreign objects. You may use scissors to carefully cut away any wound hair. 3. Reinstall the side brush: After cleaning, please reinstall the side brush securely onto the main unit. Ensure it's properly positioned, then restart the robot manually and begin a new cleaning task to verify normal operation.

Please try to use the Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode or modify the schedule in the app. Enabling DND mode prevents the robot from automatically starting cleaning tasks during the specified period.
