The water is getting into the dirty tank but does not suck all the water from the bin. Can you create an update that will allow users to have the bin water sucked out?

I love my Dream Vac/Mop. My only problem is the mop wants to curl during the mopping process. How can we fix this so it stays flat?

I’ve asked numerous times for a return authorization and my money back.
The unit is more aggravating than ever. Today it cleaned the laundry room and not the hall kitchen or dining areas. I’m just going to back to doing it by hand. It didn’t vacuum the living room either.
I’ve had it. What good is it. The laundry room is the least area I want cleaned.
It leaves the main unit with out the mop pad most of the time. I think it just does all this stuff to piss me off as nd it is working
