[X50 Ultra] ABNORMAL WATER LEVEL IN THE WASHBOARD

Dear customer,

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the issue of the wet dry vacuum being unable to pump water into the sewage tank or the abnormal water level in the base station cleaning tray, we can troubleshoot and resolve it through the following steps. Please assist with the operations:

1. Remove the washboard and check if the sewage outlet is blocked. If it is blocked, please clean it thoroughly  (refer to attached picture).
2. Wipe the overflow sensor on the washing board to ensure there is no dirt or debris  (refer to attached picture).
3. Carefully remove the used water tank and check if the  used water tank sealing ring is loose, dirty, or turned up. If the sealing ring is dirty, reinstall it and wipe it clean with a cloth to ensure it is firmly installed. If the sealing ring is turned up, please provide a photo of the abnormality  (refer to attached picture).
4. After emptying the sewage in the used water tank, ensure the buckle is fixed and the used water tank is firmly installed in place to prevent leakage during operation.
5. Reinsert the used water tank into the base. Gently press it down to ensure it is correctly and firmly installed.
6. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the residual water in the base station. After cleaning, reinstall the washboard and check if the issue still exists.

If the problem continues and the sealing ring on the used water tank lid is deformed, it is recommended to replace a new used water tank.
If the sealing ring on the used water tank lid shows no issues, there may be a hardware issue and needs to be sent for repair.

Sent vac out for repair of this issue and it was returned a month later missing the mop pads and mop pad holders.  Had to wait another two weeks for replacement parts only to find out after first vac and mop that it came back unrepaired.  Now I have to send it back again for them to send me a "refurbished" replacement.    To say the least, I am not confident that the "refurbished" replacement will work any better.Very disappointed in this company's service and for my inconvenience, they sent me a 6 ounce bottle of cleaning fluid that I cant use because the mop doesn't work!
