I’ve had my dream for about two weeks and I cannot program her without help. Is there a number I can contact thank you. I’d really like to keep it but if I don’t get it working, I’m gonna have to send it back.

i have problems for the mops being wet … i have run all the possible situations … declogging manually , self empty tank, etc etc etc , firmware and still nothing .., it happened just right after i replaced filters and mops … how can i get it fixed ? preferably not sending to repair ? thanks

I have the Robot vacuum D20 model and have had it for about 4 or 5 months now. When I ordered parts for it and change them out it became very loud. Do you know what the cause of this could be?

I think I’m allergic to the floor washing product. Can I use my own somehow or do I have other choices?

I’m a deaf person and I love my dream L40 ultra. However, every day at around 4:00 PM she will suddenly just start talking, for no apparent reason. No one has scheduled any cleaning, the app isn’t open, no one has messed with her little opening in the living room. She just randomly starts talking away.  I’m dying to know what she is talking about. So I keep trying to catch her in time to record what it is that she is saying, so far she seems to get very quiet when I come within her range of view… this is very strange isn’t it,
What can I do?
Well if your Dreame starts talking tomorrow and you can understand what she is saying, could you please tell me what she said?  I would be very grateful
