Regarding the Recent Advertising Issues on the Forum and Management Measures

I always get a message on my devise says "No internet connected" despite the availability of internet and all applications that need inernet are working fine. I cannot operate my devise at all.

I need help my dreame is acting crazy , moving backwards and saying I'm in a cliff my wheels are not in contact with the floor and she is not in a cliff. I delete everything and installed again but doesn't help 😔.  

My robot keeps telling me the wheels are suspended and it wants me to clean sensors. I’ve cleaned them several times and it’s still not working.

I’m having issues with my robot D10 series, it’s says “Please clean filter”. I’ve clean it, verify everything and it is all clean and it is still saying the same thing every time I pressed to clean. Can someone help?!?

I don’t have Lucky with this vacum , they don’t have power to self empty… now said the bag is full but full is the vacum  because  don’t have power

I just hate this robot, is not a dreame is a nightmare
