Side brush wrapped

Wondering how often the robot had stopped itself due to hair tanged in the side brush? Could frequent brush obstructions eventually lead to a failure of the side brush motor or mechanism?

I'm having the same issue. Cleaned, replaced, reseated. I'm waiting for the warranty response still, just wish there was a manual override in the meantime.
