Vacuum won’t connect to app anymore.

Box was thrown out just yesterday after keeping it for two weeks for the just in case factor and today this happens. Good thing Costco will take it without box. Glad I didn't give item reviews either, bad experience.

Went to customer support and they said it’s a global issue on the app and they are working on it.

Same problem here, tried to add couple of times shows success but not visible on app.
