Received my dreame gen 2 - I was so excited to receive it and since I did I have encountered different issues and I so confused - the vacumm didn’t Mapped The house and I havent Been able to find on the App how to do that.
Vacumm continues to get stuck on a rug I have in the family room .
Also I set up the vacumm to clean in the morning and night and is only cleaning in the morning .
I need help .
