Received my dreame gen 2 - I  was so excited to receive it and since I  did I have encountered different issues and I so confused - the vacumm didn’t Mapped The house and I havent Been able to find on the App how to do that.
Vacumm continues to get stuck on a rug I have in the family room .
Also I  set up the vacumm to clean in the morning and night and is only cleaning in the morning .
I need help .

My Dreame is saying offline won’t charge

Yes I got one prime day too. Just now setting it up.

Ordered the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 for prime days and it picks up almost zero dog hair from our carpeted rooms. Seems ridiculous since it’s has over 10,000 pa more suction that our old vacuum

Why is our new Dreame vac/mop taking so long to charge? Twenty four hours and still at 45.%

My vacuum goes to the same spot at the top of the stairs and spins in circles until the battery dies.  Anyone find a solution for this?
