Am I doing something wrong, the mopping is not good at all. Mainly just gently wipes the floor not necessarily cleaning it. If there is a stain it will remain there

It didn’t vacuum my whole house before it started mopping. I just got it and I assume the AI is still doing its thing. Sometimes it’s just staying in place. I’m sure still scanning the house. I need it to vacuum this whole house before mopping. How do I get it to do that? I have the X50

How can I replace mop pads?

I’d like to know why my vacuum doesn’t work it hasn’t ever worked since I bought it haven’t filled up one bag yet I thought maybe I had it set up wrong. Can you help me?

I can't register my product in the US. It gives to my order page only

I am getting an error message stating left wheel is entangled.  I’ve cleaned the wheel, reset the device and whipped the sensors and still have the same error message.
