My unit is not performing well stops in mid cleaning and says job is done returning to the base, and seems to have a hard time orientating itself when it starts cleaning, saying obstacles and way when there are no obstacles in way

Extra cleaning is impossible to use! It gets bigger and won’t move to the place I want. It would be better if you could just name a room like kitchen.

I have reported an issue I am having with my L10 Pro Gen and still no response: the water tank is filled and when tge machine is set tp work the mop pads do not get wet. I tried changing tge water in the water tank but it does not make a difference. What vould I do?

The forum is becoming unusable do to all the SPAM postings. The administrators need to get all these postings removed and the accounts removed from the Forum. These postings are getting out of control.

Vacuum cleaner has very poor suction, even at maximum strength. I have to manually vacuum afterwards. Is there a fix?  Otherwise I’m going to return it.

The robot is being run as vacuum and mop for the first time after initial mapping. It doesn’t appear to be wet mopping. The dirty water bin is dry after docking. What am I doing wrong

My map disappeared.  I can't figure out how to reconfigure it.
