App notification stays on and no notifications in the app

added comment on no longer getting notifications even though i have the message waiting  notice.  the date added says the 19th but today is the 20th

Same here. I’ve signed out, deleted the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but to no avail. The app still shows a message notification when there is not one.

I have the same problem. Needs to be addressed to. Maybe can be resolved.

  Send bad reviews about this Dreame robot re:not working great, message sign is on and there is none. Rates as a 0 for now to things get adjusted.

Same issue here after the most recent cleaning. This is annoying.
