How do I see where I programmed the unit to go? It seems to be doing repetitive locations in the same program. It seems to be going back and redoing certain locations during the same program.

Aqua 10 roller has CONTINUAL “Chassis Lift Malfunction”.  Right wheel won’t retract.  Did a factory reset without success. It operates tilted and does not vacuum well or mop well.  It also cannot dock to recharge with the wheel not retracted.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!How does this get permanently resolved?  I really don’t need a $1,200 paperweight!

1.Please confirm the Auto-Add Detergent function in docking setting is turned on. If not, please enable this function.
2.Please reinstall the  auto-detergent compartment to ensure it's properly secured in place and run a mopping pad cleaning task and observe the used water tank condition after completion.
3.Please check if there are foam bubbles in the used water tank by shaking the tank after the cleaning task.
4.If no foam appears in the wastewater tank after completing these steps, please provide us with:
a. A complete video of your operation
b. Your robot's serial number (SN):on the back of the robot
5.Please shake the cleaning solution box to verify if liquid dispenses normally.

Note: cleaning solution is only dispensed during washing mop pads
