When I tell the robot to clean it undocks and goes to beginning area and within minutes returns to the dock without resuming any cleaning. We have had this robot only a couple of months. Any suggestions?

My vacuum is having trouble with certain edges along the wall, I think an area carpet might have gotten it confused during the original mapping. Can I have it re map a specific areas?

How do I start the vacuum?

Question: I just started using my ultra 50. When I had it map the house I closed two bedroom doors. Will I now have to re-map the whole house to get it to add the rooms now that I’m ready for it to tackle them? Also, it does a Horrible job on the edges and I can’t get it to get close enough to my couches to get to the dog hair under there. Turned off collision avoidance hoping that would help to no avail. It also doesn’t do the edges on a straight floor with no obstacles.

Just notice drips of water on my floor while vacuuming the mops are at the dock is this an ongoing problem?

When the vacuum returns to the dock it does not activate to empty the bin what is the fix
