Devices no longer showing in app

My brand new dreame device was added last night and mapped my space. This morning it is not there. I’ve tried adding it three times, each time it says network connection successful, I click finish and nothing is there.

My device isn’t showing up as well.

Dreame really needs to get a new app developer. I have constant app issues with my two L20s. This is just one more annoying problem.

Someone told that If you need to access the robot, you can go to one of your notifications, click it and it’ll bring you to your robot commands.  It worked!

Same with mine, unable to see my device.  I was able to see my installed device again by swiping down to refresh.  However, not able to install my new device.  

I was able to turn on my x40 in Alexa app and it knows the correct order to clean my house. It’s cleaning now. But the app is still blank.
