Received mine a couple weeks it seems like it's struggles in my home I have a lot of obstacles it has no problem getting around them most of them but it seems like when it finally gets to an open place it acts like The whole open area is full of obstacles and it wasn't before it's always been open so it moves to 3 in to the front backs up to 3 in spins goes to the right goes to the left goes to the front again goes backwards a little bit it's like it doesn't know what to do can anyone help me here does it need to be reprogrammed

My robot stopped docking correctly. Everything has been cleaned and issue persists.

Can one buy a 2nd docking station for a 2nd floor, but use the same robot by physically bringing it to the floor you want to clean?

We received an error message saying that the the laser may be stuck please check did not see anything in the laser mechanism started the machine back up. It has no sense of direction now runs into everything. Mainly put it back on the dock. Suggestions for repair.
