Devices no longer showing in app

Same here. Reconnected WiFi but still not showing

Same here.  Reached out to chat support…. They sent me an email asking for my model and serial number.…. But seem to have no idea if there’s a problem.

My device doesn’t show anymore. I attempt to connect it several times and it’s still not showing.

Same here, it keeps asking me to add the device so I tried and it doesn’t add the vacuum.

Same issue. Device gone. Map gone. I spent hours on that map, I hope I can get it back.
