Who do i contact for strange noises on my l10s ultra?

So I have kitchen mats those fatigue thick mats the robot goes on it get confused stuck on it how can I make it not get confused when it goes on the mat

I love my Dreame. I found connecting to it almost painless. I struggle a bit creating different zones but find that putting it in a specific area and selecting customize it does that room beautifully.
My question: if I do not have internet/wifi at home can this robot still map and vacuum my house with just the app on my iphone?

So i take the water tank out yo refill it. Everything is clean no issues but install it back on and now it wont register that the water tank is on

Robot is no longer connected to my iPhone. Not sure why that happened.

Check the float (water level indicator)inside the tank. It is a small disc about the size of a dime

Just hooked up a master and the washboard is not draining.  I removed the drain line from the back of the machine and placed a pan under the drain line to witness and the washboard never emptied into the drain pan. Instead it filled the drain pan until high water warnings went off
