DREAME L50 Ultra Robot Vacuum And mop making a squeak sound periodically. This is new sound, it’s only 2 months old. Is there maintenance I need to do? Does some part need oil? Thank you.

Why does app require add a device when we’ve been using the device for months? Usually it goes straight to the current device but when it asks to add a device we can’t access the current device.
