Devices no longer showing in app

I called the holiness. They said they are working to fix it

Same for me. I even resetted the device and nothing. It says Failed when I try to add it

Same here! This is ridiculous. Mine is doing its scheduled clean and it isn’t even showing on the app, so no way to control or stop it if I had to.

Same issue here. The robot still cleans like normal if you manually start it.

Spoke with customer service… It’s a known issue. They’re working on it.
