Regarding the Recent Advertising Issues on the Forum and Management Measures

I had my Dreame l40 ultra for almost a year and now notice that it’s not vacuuming up debris like it used to. I checked under the unit that the brush is not rotating. Is there a fix for this?

Hi I’m Koi , this is the second time I’ve used dreameBot L10s, I was so happy when I used it the first time, everything is working great! Until today which I tried it 3 times in different zoned  which I vacuum the area myself thingk’n  would be faster for my dreame just mopping it , but the mop did not WORK!!!   in all 3 areas. But  the mop is always WET  and return to the machine ready for washing   Any experience like this ? How to resolve the problem.

I purchased Dream GoVac508 but it not charging. Is there video of how this vacumm works?

I love this machine.....I just have one question it's very quiet with everything it does except when it's pumping water, kinda sounds like someone shaking a bag of rocks.....is it supposed to sound like that

I bought my vacuum last November but it is not sucking. It make the noise like it’s working, but it just spreads the mess around. I have cleaned and removed the bushes, which weren’t to dirty at all. I cannot access the trash collection part to see what is happening there though. The actual trash bag part is halfway full, so it is emptying, at least it sounds like it is.
