Cannot add H15 Pro Heat to the Dreame Home App

A few weeks ago I corresponded and completed a survey. I then answered some additional questions. I was told I would receive a new vacuum cleaner and it was being shipped to me at no charge as long as I completed a survey and questions about how I liked it.  I’ve never received anything and have heard nothing further.  I was excited to participate in spreading the word about this amazing product.  Should I still expect the updated vacuum?
