I am experiencing an issue with my Dreame H14 Pro vacuum. The device disconnected from the Wi-Fi on its own, and now I am unable to reconnect it through the app.

I have already tried the following:
        •        Reconnecting from my phone
        •        Trying to connect from another phone
        •        Restarting the device

However, the app keeps showing “connection failed.”

It seems like it could be a platform or app issue rather than my Wi-Fi.

Could you please assist me with troubleshooting this problem or let me know if there is a known issue?

I have other Robot vacuums This one is definitely the bottom of the line...I will avoid this brand in the future
