Cliff sensor error

The robot is not functioning at all with the cliff sensor error, and even after cleaning the sensors.

I have the same problem and after further inspection, I realized that that sensor looks like it's filled with rusty water.   I'm trying to contact customer service for repair or replacement of this part.
