Dreame L10 Ultra Gen 3

I have recently purchased L10 Ultra Gen 3. While I am very happy with the vacuuming and mopping capabilities I am not able to activate the camera view to monitor remotely.
I am based in Germany and is this something restricted here ?

Same here. It has horrible issues connecting and now it says there is an update
