X40 Mop pads

Mop pads don’t stay wet for the entire mopping session. They are wet when it starts but drying out before finishing. Can something be plugged in the unit? If so, how do I fix it.

Change the settings to more wet and it will.

Tried this as well and it didnt work... wish i would have sent my product back at first issue during 30 day no questions ask full refund...

Try setting it to only mop less square feet before cleaning the mop pads.

I have the same exact issue!! I tried contacting customer service but they’re very unresponsive, once I got their attention they requested all proof of purchase information from over a year ago! which I provided and then they said they couldn’t help me because they couldn’t find my information smh

I wouldnt bother sending it in for repair either... sent mine in and i took great care of it and kept it clean... it was only a month old... took 2 weeks for them to fix and return it. Only i didnt get my unit back, i recieved someone elses unit and it was filthy and horribly packaged... the robot was bouncing around in the package. Every part that held water had fluids in it and was frozen. I have ran the orginal shark vacum , eventually ended at roomba , went up to the 7 i think it was the last vac and mop i had. When i got my first Dream the ultra 50x i was the most impressed getting my first vauming robot since 2005. My house environment is tough, 4 big dogs 2acre yard 4 bedroom 4 bath house , two of the big dogs are sheders i had to run two Roomba so could work on one cleaning up the sensors every other day , the dreame i clean once a week, its not perfect but its 50 times better then any others i have had , its ai is 100 times better then the others i have had yes its got some glitches and hopefully the new model 2-3 years from now will be better!

Increase the amount of water to the pads in the settings

Experimenting with the machine will get you better results
