Mop not magnetic

[X60 Ultra] Mop not magnetic

I’m having a problem with the mop attachments.
One of the extendable mops does not stay on the vacuum cleaner.
It does not attach properly and does not magnetize.
Because of this, it keeps falling off.
Could you please help me fix this issue or replace this part?

the magnet is too far down, set the pad in the base with the vacuum and turn the vaccume to mop. (assuming your machine auto drops and picks up the pads)
