Cleaning solution not working

I have noticed that my cleaning solution is not being used. I have double checked the placement of the tank and it’s locked in properly. I don’t see any stetting to  adjust the mix.

It uses very little solution. I believe 1 to 2 grams which is less than 1/4 tsp per session. It takes a long time to see it start to go down. If your dirty water bucket has suss when you shake it is being used. It is also low sudsing solution and very concentrated.
